(2) In the event of the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services not being present at any meeting of the Board, the Board shall appoint a Chairman to preside at that meeting.
39. Every member of the Board attend- ing a meeting of the Board shall sign his or her name in a book kept for the purpose.
40. Not less than ten days' notice of any Notice of meeting shall be given to each member of the Meetings. Board, directed to such address as he or she shall from time to time furnish to the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services.
41. The quorum of the Board shall be Quorum. four.
42. Minutes of the proceedings of the Minutes. Board shall be taken, and shall be duly entered in a book provided for the purpose. A draft of the Minutes shall be circulated to the mem- bers of the Board, together with the notice of the meetings at which they are to be submitted for confirmation.
Business.
43. Except in cases where the Director Order of of Medical and Sanitary Services on the ground of urgency or convenience otherwise directs, the following order of business shall be observed:
(1) Minutes of the last meeting.
(2) Adjourned business.
(3) Correspondence.
(4) Reports of Committees.
(5) Notices of Motion.
(6) Statement of Accounts.
(7) Bills of claims.
(8) Any other business. (9) Date of next meeting.
